Cerenia (Maropitant): 0.1 ml (10 mg/ml Injectable) SQ Meloxicam: 0.1mL (1.5mg/ml soln) PO P temperature at 104.6, warm to the touch. Upright in cage, slightly more reactive to handling. Lubricated eyes. Switched off heat support and turned on oxygen to 1 L/min.

Assist Fed 9g organ meat. Cerenia 0.02ml (10mg/ml inj.) SQ Noted P was cold to the touch after feeding. Temperature reading low on thermometer. Stopped Oxygen in incubator and turned incubator on to 98 degrees F. Will take temperature at PM treatments. Put lubricating eye ointment in both eyes.

| Weight: 151 grams ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Attending Veterinarian: Dr. Amberly Sokoloff Observational examination Mentation: dull Posture: not standing Overall appearance: Weak and dull Vital stats Heart rate: 150 Respiratory rate: 20 Auscultation: Clear Mucous membranes: Pink Hydration: <5% dehydrated Oral cavity: Normal Choana: Normal Glottis: Normal Beak: Symmetrical with normal occlusal surface Cere/nares: Clear Eyes: Blephorospasm and dull corneal surface, mild mucoid discharge OD, stain neg OU; fundus appears wnl OU, normal PLRs Ears: Clear Crop: NA Feather quality: No abnormalities Integument: Hippoboscid (flat fly) x 1 Wings: Palpated normally with normal ulnar vein refill time bilaterally Legs/Feet: No abnormalities - able to grasp towel but slow Neurologic: Right sided head tilt with collapsed/ flattened plumicorn on right. Very dull to obtunded in mentation. BCS: 3/5 Vent: Normal Uropygial gland: Normal Problem list: 1. Neurologic - right head tilt/dull/right plumicorn flattened 2. Ocular - dull/dry corneal surface and blepharospasm OD 3. Parasites: Flat fly x1 Assessment: Patient 267 presents with neurologic signs (head tilt, obtundation, flattened plumicorn) following window collision, consistent with head trauma. No ocular hemorrhage noted; mild dryness and a superficial right corneal mark present, both fluorescein negative. Patient is visual but mentally very dull. One flat fly observed. Otherwise suspect previously healthy prior to window strike with BCS of 3/5. Tx: LRS 7 mL given SQ in right inguinal area, 0.03 mL Meloxicam (5mg/mL inj) given SQ in left inguinal area AIL fly spray applied Plan: SQ fluids: 5ml LRS BID until 2025-12-26 Buprenorphine SR Owl: 0.02 ml (1.8mg/ml) SID SQ Meloxicam: 0.03 ml (5 mg/ml (Injectable)) BID SQ Oxygen cage Keep upright Monitor & notate mentation Prognosis: very guarded TEJ/AMS
